Guarantee/Returns:
The Care Connection provides a 30 day money-back guarantee on all products except:
      - Personal use breastpumps & feeding accessories.
      - Worn and/or stained intimate apparel.
      - Opened products that are for human consumption (ie gripe water, teas, fenugreek).
      - Breastfeeding pillows & slings.
      - Support belts.

All other products may be returned to The Care Connection in resaleable condition and in intact original packaging including warranty cards, manuals and paperwork. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, with the exception of defective or damaged merchandise. Please include your order number, the reason for the return and a description of any damage or defect with returned products.

If you are returning an item that was sold with free shipping, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse delivery of your order when it is received, there will be a $5.00 charge for merchandise restocking. This charge is waived if delivery refusal is due to an error on the part of The Care Connection.

Shipping Cost and Policies:
Orders over $100.00 are shipped free of shipping charges. Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $7.95 for standard ground service postage. Most orders will ship by United States Postal Service. If you would like UPS or FedEx, including 2nd or 3rd day air, please call 1-877-639-0300 for actual shipping costs and estimated date of arrivel. Most orders ship the same day or within one business day. Please check your email regularly to receive notice of any out of stock items that may be delayed.

International Orders:
The Care Connection does not ship outside of the continental United States. There are no exceptions. International credit card payments are not accepted.

Gift Wrap:
For an additional charge of $6.00, most items can be gift wrapped. The Care Connection wraps items in high-quality gift paper with a neutral baby/new mommy theme and packages are tied with ribbon. A gift card is included with your gift and no pricing will appear on the products or the packing list. For best service, please call us at 1-877-639-0300 with special requests for gift wrapping and greeting card wishes and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Tax:
New York customers will be charged 8.75% sales tax. Shipments to all other states will be tax exempt.

Smocked Treasures Return Policy:
Only Non Personalized items may be returned, no exceptions. (See personalizations below.) Simply return the item via UPS Insured Parcel Post. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Christening gowns/rompers can only be returned within three days of the UPS Confirmed Delivery Date. All other returns will be denied. If the item has been damaged, dry cleaned or has been worn, the return will be denied.

Smocked Treasures Exchanges: :
Smocked Treasures offers a full 30 day exchange on any item you order (**Does NOT include personalized items). Although, most exchanges are for a different size, exchanges for a different style is also accepted.
