GROWING A HEALTH BABY: ONE SPOONFUL AT A TIME
|
The Care Connection proudly announces its newest class:
GROWING A HEALTH BABY: ONE SPOONFUL AT A TIME
Starting your baby on solid foods begins the foundation of your baby’s eating habits. With childhood obesity and adult onset diabetes reaching epidemic proportions in children, it remains our responsibility as parents to introduce healthy, nutritious foods at the earliest possible age and to engage in active play with baby.
What a wonderful opportunity we have as parents to tantalize our babies’ taste buds with fruits, vegetables and grains prepared in a time and cost conscious manner.
Join us for this one time – 1 hour class – for helpful hints on feeding plus recipes and much more. Class cost includes 160 page book filled to the brim with ideas for healthy eating, healthy shopping, healthy recipes & more!
Class Cost: $40.00
Free to Community Blue/Blue Cross/Blue Shield subscribers.
