3-week Infant Massage Series
Cost: $45 for 3 week series.
SATURDAYS: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
WEDNESDAYS: 10:00 – 11:00 AM**
(** 2nd Class added if attendance permits 11:30am – 12:30pm)
Floor mats provided. Please bring a towel.
This class is currently covered 100% by Blue Cross Blue Shield and Community Blue of Western New York (Alive & Lively). Independent Health will rebate $10.00 to member upon completion of course.

** Please note that Infant Massage is one of our most popular classes. Due to the small class size and the three week class format, we are not able to offer makeup classes. Should you miss one or more of your classes, we will be happy to mail you a copy of the missed class curriculum immediately following completion of the 3-week series. We appreciate your understanding.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy
|

All classes must be paid in full at the time of registration. Refunds will be given only with 48 hours prior cancellation notification. If less than 48 hours notice is given, we will gladly schedule you into the next available class in lieu of a refund. Second time cancellation will forfeit your fee and attendance in class. Class participant is fully responsible for the accurate and complete submission of all insurance information prior to class date. Class participant will be responsible for class charge should your insurance deny reimbursement. Class charges will be automatically charged to your credit card on record. The Care Connection reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum attendance requirements or due to instructor unavailability.
