No appointment necessary
The Care Connection is pleased to offer breastpump evaluation, minor repair and cleaning services.
For a nominal $10.00 fee, our qualified staff will check your breastpump motor, evaluate suction values utilizing our specialized air pressure meters and screen your plastics for any cracks, leaks, chips or other defects which could quite possibly compromise your pumping ability. You will be able to see for yourself if your pump is functioning correctly. At this time we will replace defective parts and pieces at little or no cost to you.
Please note that the $10.00 fee is 100% waived if you spend $10.00 or more in our retail boutique during this visit.
Once your motor unit has been thoroughly checked and given our seal of approval, it is your decision as to whether or not to have it professionally cleaned by The Care Connection.

The Care Connection does not clean the inside of the breastpump motor nor do we clean your personal accessory plastics. It is highly recommended that new plastics be purchased between users and also between babies. The Care Connection provides replacement accessory kits personalized to your needs including proper sizing for your personal fit breastshields. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your pump to be left at our facility.
TRADE IN REBATE OF $30.00 If your old/borrowed double pump (any manufacturer) does not work properly or if you have second thoughts on using secondary equipment, The Care Connection offers a $30.00 credit toward the purchase of a brand new Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breastpump featuring two phase expression – top of the line!
Consider registering for Pump For Success/Return To Work Class to meet with other pumping moms looking to stockpile and use their breastpumps to their best advantage! This class is best taken at 3 weeks postpartum.
